Episode 9 – Chef/Owner Chris Spear @ Perfect Little Bites


Chef Chris Spear has been on the Frederick cooking scene since 2010 when he started Perfect Little Bites, a company focused on a personal chef type cooking and catering experience for small parties (~six to ten) with the idea of bringing a restaurant type dining experience in the comforts of your own home. He has been featured in over 17 publications including Frederick’s own The Frederick News Post and The Frederick Magazine and has a huge following on Twitter (over 2000 followers) and on Facebook.

Chris also spearheads Chefs without Restaurants where he sought out and formed a community of fellow chefs who like himself work in non-traditional cooking environments (food trucks, catering from home, etc.). A community where resources and ingredients are shared, referrals are provided for one another based on their area of expertise and most important of all, discuss and share ideas with one another.
